Financial aid through the UCS Scholarship Fund consists of a limited number of partial scholarships for families who qualify with children in grades K5 - 12. The program is reserved for families whose intention is to attend UCS regardless of the results from the committee.
A Scholarship Committee determines eligibility on a need basis and the amount of funds available for distribution. Scholarships are awarded on a yearly basis. The application process must be completed each year.
The UCS Scholarship is available to any family who has completed the admissions procedures and been accepted by the Admissions committee. The family must also complete the registration process, including paying fees, registration, and the family fee (applicable for new families only). Once registered, all fees are non-refundable.
If approved for a scholarship, the student's attendance, punctuality, behavior, grades and Christian character will be monitored by the UCS administration. Failure to maintain high standards in any of these categories may result in termination of the student's scholarship. The Scholarship Committee may periodically request information concerning the economic status of a participating student's family. Failure to provide the information may result in termination of the student's scholarship.
