Multi-Student Discount: UCS Patrons enrolling more than one student will receive the following reductions in tuition:
2nd child - $150 3rd child - 15% 4th child – 50% 5th child – 75%
2% Tuition Reduction: Tuition paid in full by June 1, 2011 will be discounted 2% off total.
Family Membership Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee for families new to the K5 – G12 programs - $1000
• Full amount payable at time of registration
• Semester payments payable by 2 post-dated checks dated for June 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012
• 10 or 12 month payments included in monthly tuition payments
Registration and Book Usage/Technology Fees: Fees are non-refundable once tuition contract is signed. Book Usage/Technology
fee payable at time of registration or with a post-dated check for June 1, 2011.
- Lost or severely damaged books are not covered by this fee. Assessments and
charges are made at the end of the school year.
Tuition Payment Options: Payment in full – payable by June 1, 2011 (one check) only, receive a 2% tuition reduction
10 or 12 month installment payments – (bank-draft only)
- 10 month draft begins on August 1, 2011 and ends on May 1, 2012
- 12 month draft begins on June 1, 2011 and ends on May 1, 2012
Semester payments – 2 post-dated checks payable on June 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012
*Tuition is an annual fee.
*All fees are non-refundable.
*All payments are due on or before the first of each month.
*A late fee of $30.00 will be charged for payments received after the tenth of each month.
*A fee of $30.00 will be charged for returned checks or bank drafts.
**All accounts must be current in order for students to take semester exams or receive a grade in any course. Final grades, transcripts and/or records will be with held while the tuition and/or fees are in arrears. If tuition and/or fees are in arrears, the student may not register for the next school year until the account is current. The parents and the student(s) agree that all privileges of attendance may be withdrawn for any academic or disciplinary reason or for failure to pay any sum due under the terms of this agreement or any other agreement of the school. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
WITHDRAWAL (as stated in the Tuition Contract): I understand and acknowledge that if my child(ren) does/do not attend UCS, or if I withdraw my child(ren), or if my child(ren) is/are suspended/expelled for failure to comply with the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Directors of UCS, I understand that all fees are non-refundable. A 10% withdrawal fee of the total tuition will be payable upon withdrawal.
*The Tuition Contract must be signed at time of registration before your child is considered enrolled at UCS.
